1957 1958 Ford Fairlane Instrument Cluster Used Original

Description

Instrument cluster was disassembled, cleaned, inspected and bench tested.
Chrome bezels are in good condition..
Speedometer and odometer plastic lenses have no cracks or breaks, nice lens.
Disassembled, cleaned and lubricated speedometer
Chucked the speedometer in an electric drill and ran the drill varying the speed for 3 miles. The needle rises and falls with the varying speed and the odometer advances from tenths to miles.
Bench tested Fuel and Temp gauges by applying a voltage to each and the needles react and move on both
gauges thus confirming electrical continuity.
Repainted the needles on gauges and speedometer.
Gauges and speedometer face colors, lettering and markings in very good condition.
Overall, a nice well preserved instrument cluster that works.
