Add $ 1800 for on site start up "check" by York technician - this is required to honor 1 year parts and labor warranty.  Please understand it is customers obligation still to get chiller installed and under power with your local authorized 3rd party contractor (we can help source one for you) who must complete a York start up checklist prior.  The York start up is a check and confirmation that is installed and set correctly to initiated the the warranty.   But some folks (contractors) will choose to do this part themselves if they are authorized, that's why we are offering/mentioning the start up separate.
For payment "terms" we will direct you to one of our leasing companies.  Sales tax must be added for your particular state unless you provide a local state tax exemption certificate, if applicable to your state (example: partial or full tax exemption for manufacturing).
