Add $ 1800 for on site start up by York technician - this is required to honor 1 year parts and labor warranty.  Please understand it is customers obligation still to get chiller installed and under power.  KIG will assist you in York "checklist" required prior to arrival of technician.
For payment "terms" we will direct you to one of our finance companies.  Sales tax must be added for your particular state unless you provide a local state tax exemption certificate to KIG prior (example:  for manufacturing, or government agency).

40 ton rating is at ~44F fluid setpoint and 95F condensing temp.  Higher fluid setpoints yield higher tonnage, higher condensing temps or lower fluid temps yield less tonnage, and vice versa, etc..  This unit has electronic expansion valves and "low temp" option, capable of running glycol temps into the low 20's.   We are available to review your application and sizing, please let us know.
