KIG, (Keith Industrial Group Inc.) specializes in quality pre-owned, refurbished, and NEW Air Cooled Chillers for industries such as breweries, wineries, manufacturing, plating, plastics, comfort cooling.    We provide hundreds of chillers every year as small as 1 ton and as large as 270 ton.   For units 22 ton and over, we provide Johnson Controls / York, and often have over 200 NEW units in inventory in texas.   This YORK YLAA 058 "60 ton" chiller (it has 4 compressors, 2 circuits, all scroll compressors @ 15hp/15 ton nominal each) is amongst our most popular size, and at the time of this listing there are approx 20 units in stock of various voltages and configurations.  This listing is for the YLAA-0058HE17 VSD unit, which is 200 ~ 220 volt 3 phase power and has the upgraded VSD option.  The VSD option is variable speed controls for all the condenser fans, not just the fans needed for low ambient capability.   We try to always keep our York Chiller listings up to date, but always good to check with us at 978-5l4-38OO.

Add $ 1800 for on site start up "check" by York technician - this is required to honor 1 year parts and labor warranty.  Please understand it is customers obligation still to get chiller installed and under power with your local authorized 3rd party contractor (we can help source one for you).  KIG is here to assist in this process with any and all questions related to:

- valves
- flow, pressure drop
- pump sizing
- tank sizing
- glycol
- chiller sizing and ratings report for specific fluid temperatures
- anything else
A York start up checklist to be completed prior to schedule of technician - KIG helps you with this.  The York start up is a check and confirmation that is installed and set correctly to initiate the the warranty.  Adjustments are made at time of start up depending on application as related to fluid/glycol temperature, climate, etc.
