KIG, Keith Industrial Group Inc. specializes in quality pre-owned, refurbished, and NEW Air Cooled Chillers for industries such as breweries, wineries, manufacturing, plating, plastics, comfort cooling.  This YORK YCAL 070 "70ton" chiller (it has 6 compressors, 2 circuits, all 6 scroll compressors @ ~13hp each) is currently in stock at time of listing and ready to ship.  This special price INCLUDES FREIGHT by flatbed to your location (lower 48 states).  This is a brand new chiller in storage yard along with approximately 200 stock units.
This is a North American Made York/Johnson Controls Chiller backed by the DIRECT USA service and support network throughout the country.  This is a sizable investment for your facility / business, DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU BUY.
*** THIS IS SPECIAL PRICING BASED ON PAYMENT PRIOR TO SHIP ***  We can give York/JCI Chiller references purchased from Keith Industrial Group if you'd like.  Chillers are all KIG does, about 200 per year, and a balanced combination between used/refurbished, and new like this York/JCI chiller.  We selected York/JCI for new chillers above 20 ton because we have had the luxury of working on used McQuay, Trane, Carrier, and York chillers in our shop over the years.  The York's always had the best combination of reliability, simplicity to work on, a controller that is powerful but not ridiculously over-engineered, and most importantly staff and technical support that was actually reachable and returned calls when needed.
Add $ 1800 for on site start up "check" by York technician - this is required to honor 1 year parts and labor warranty.  Please understand it is customers obligation still to get chiller installed and under power with your team and/or installer.  KIG is here to assist in this process with any and all questions related to:
- piping size
- valves
- flow, pressure drop
- pump sizing
- tank sizing
- glycol
- chiller sizing and ratings report for specific fluid temperatures
- anything else
