Hold tongue cleaner at both ends with either one or two hands and bend into a "U" shape. 2.) Place tongue cleaner at back of the tongue. 3.) Gently pull the tongue cleaner forward. 4.) Repeat 3-4 times. 5.) Rinse tongue cleaner with warm water and dry before storing. Use twice daily for best results. Replace every 3 months.
