Instructions for changing accordion bellows:
To change accordion bellows, the key is to keep and use your original accordion bellows' wood frame that will keep the bellows perfectly sealed and air tight.
Carefully cut off the old bellows' wood frames by very sharp knife, and then glue your old bellows' wood frame to the new bellows with strong wood glue.   So there should be no problem with a little size difference. We suggest to use Epoxy glue for the job. Choose Epoxy glue that has the longest drying time (at least 60 minutes). First, glue only one side. After completely dry, start to glue another side.
NOTE:
Buyers, please confirm you need the bellows' Size: A-length 19 1/8" (486 mm) x B-width 7 5/8" (194 mm). 17 folds, before purchase. Also please pay attention for the bellows' corners whether match your accordion corner (see the eBay listing last photo).
