    Description

    ANTIQUE SQUEEZE BOX SHULTZ MARKE STEEL BRONZE REEDS B AND J NEW YORK IMPORTERS. It plays it has three push buttons one pushed in changes the sound. A couple I am not sure if they seal completely they do not change much.  I am unfamiliar with how this instrument works. The hooks that hold it shut are missing. Closed it measures approx 7" by 10" Probably from the 1880s. I do not know if this piece is missing anything, look at the photos, all I see is three buttons. Looks like a button may be missing that operates the reeds as there is a hole but no button. (see hole above badge. Maybe the reeds are there but needs a button. Great early rare piece . From an old museum collection. Sold as is. What you see is what you get.
