• Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of the information we provide. The Purchaser is expected to verify any information or specifications with either knowledge of the equipment or an inspection by a qualified person. Any measurements are approximate and/or estimated. Seller is not responsible for any errors or omissions contained in any advertising materials including its website as well as any quotation or other documents which may contain a description of the equipment.
• All equipment is used and is sold as-is. Equipment has sat unused for longer than one year. Equipment functioned properly at time of last use.
• Seller does not offer returns or warranties.
• Equipment can be viewed in person on Tuesdays between 9a-noon only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Purchaser is responsible for pick up and transportation.
• Purchaser is responsible for loading any equipment larger than pallet size.
• Seller will load pallet size and smaller equipment only.
• Purchaser must schedule pick up in advance with the Seller.
• Removal of equipment currently in place is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
• Removal contractor must follow all OSHA rules and regulations as well as comply with the Seller’s Line Break, LOTO and Hot Work safety programs.
