    Description

    For your consideration is this
    Delta Model 25 Dark Room Thermostatic Mixing Valve assembly.
    This is a used item, which was working properly when removed from a dark room during renovation in June of 2021.
    There is no structural damage, but there are normal signs of wear and usage.
    There are some paint stains where the wall was painted around the piece, but these are largely along the edges and can be seen in the pictures, specifically #6, #8 and #9.
    The filter canister is completely functional and seals properly (with rubber "O" ring), but there is NO included filter.
    This Thermostatic mixing valve is for accurate temperature control.
    The inlet flow control ball valves (one for Hot and one for Cold) are a ½” FPT (Female Pipe Taper) inlet connections and the single outlet is a ¾” GHT (Garden Hose Taper)
    There is a housing for a one 9 3/4" 20 micron water filter cartridge (not included)
    The assembly has adjustable spring check valves rated at 200 PSI.
    The Dial Thermometer is 3" in diameter and has a calibration screw.
    Adjustable output of approximately 1 to 7 Gallons Per Minute.
    The mounting board is of plastic construction, with no physical damage.  There are manufactured holes in the board for the item to be attached to a wall and there are rubber "stand offs" on the back to hold it out slightly from the wall and mitigate any noise from vibration.
    The mounting board measures about  16" wide, 12" tall and will stand off the wall about  8".
    When attached properly, the filter housing hangs and additional 2" down below the mounting board.
    The item weighs just over 11 pounds.
