Ways of Use:

Stand in front of the mirror and stick your tongue out of your mouth.

Hold the tongue cleaner firmly and go over the entire surface from the inside out. Bring the cleaner as far back as possible for a more clean look.

Repeat the action three or four times, rinsing the tongue cleaner with water after each stroke to remove any dirt.

At the end of your oral hygiene, wash it, dry it and store it in its protective bag.
