accepts U.S. (domestic) returns within 30 days of purchase. We offer free, money-back returns. We do not accept merchandise return/refund requests for shipments outside the United States.
Clothing/Accessories:
All new and used clothing and/or accessories must be returned in the same original condition as you received them. All items must be clean, unworn, and unwashed. New clothing items or accessories with tags, must have all tags still attached to receive a refund.
Shoes:
All new shoes with boxes/shoe bags must be returned together in the same condition you received them. If a box and/or shoe bag is damaged or missing, you may only receive a partial refund. New shoes must not show any wear or tear.
Games & Toys:
All new games or toys must be undamaged, unused and factory sealed to qualify for our 30-day, money-back returns.
