Condition: This original Very Fine to Near Mint movie poster displays solid, bright, rich colors with excellent detail of the images on a basically pristine background. We say "basically" pristine background because after restoration we found only a few very minor post-restoration flaws, as follows. There is a tiny (1/32") white dot at the top after the first "S" in "SENSATION" - this is possible a production flaw and thus not a true flaw. There is a tiny (1/32") black dot at the top under the "H" in "ANTHONY". There is a slight/faint stain on the bottom right in the yellow area left of "A SATURN". That is it. These minor flaws are unpbtrusive to the superior appaerance of this original movie poster. Please review the photos carefully.

in 1956.   It is not a reprint nor a reproduction. The movie stars
Anothony Dexter, Paul Carpenter, Harry Fowler, Susan Shaw, Sydney Tafler,and Jacqueline Curtis.
It was directed by Cy Roth.
The artwork is by
Albert Kallis.
This poster has been restored and is linen backed. It
is Rolled
,
and meas
ures 27" x 41.   With linen, the poster measures 28.50" x 43".
Prior to restoration and linen backing, the poster had been Folded. Almost all original movie posters pre 1985 are Folded. This is not considered a flaw or defect.
This restored movie poster is graded C8.5, or Very Fine to Near Mint.
Original movie posters are graded, from the top down, as C10 (Mint), C9 (Near Mint), C8 (Very Fine), C7 (Very Good to Very Fine), C6 (Very Good), C5 (Good to Very Good), etc. It is difficult to find any C10 (Mint) original movie posters pre 1985.
Prior to restoration this poster was graded a C8 Very Fine.
The restoration corrected Fold wear, separation at fold lines and cross Fold lines (where a vertical Fold line meets a horizontal Fold line) and light wear/aging along the border edges. The borders have been
airbrushed
