All  keys are playing , the bellows looks tight.
Not tested professional / I am a seller of items, not an expert and  collectors of accordions :)

Bass - 2 rows, 8 buttons
No straps.

may notice some scratches / I think this is normal signs of use.
There is written on the back of accordion :  Made in Germany
