How Does the Super Protector Work?
There are basically two ways that photo enforcement cameras are mounted:
Overhead Cameras:
Red light cameras and many HOV and toll cameras are mounted at a high elevation looking down toward your vehicle.
Side Angle Cameras:
Both fixed and mobile speed enforcement cameras are typically angled off
the side of roadways.
As a result of this, the Super Protector was developed with two separate lenses, each one blocking the respective angles of both the overhead and side angle cameras.

How visible is the Super Protector to the naked eye if I have it installed on my vehicle?
From straight on,
your license plate will still be clearly visible. However, from any other angle it would be apparent that you do have a photo enforcement cover installed on your license plate.
If this is a concern, we would recommend that you consider the iR Invisi-Plate instead.

Several states including Colorado and Washington D.C. have laws prohibiting the use of any device used to def

I'm not exactly sure how to test it but it seems like it may work depending on what angle the photo is taken from. It seems like you have to get a pretty wide angle for the numbers on the plate to disappear. I don't like how it is flat and not contoured around the plate numbers, it looks kind of awkward. As long as it save me tickets it will be worth it

This product allows an Officer following directly behind you to clearly see and read your license plate, but obscures it to cameras that are placed above and to the side of the road.  Doesn't yellow and looks nice.  This is the second one I bought.

Speed Enforcement and Red Light Cameras:
These cameras have become the “cash cow” for many municipalities. As an example, the city of Denver issued 56,274 citations in 2013 with the help of these cameras, generating over 7-million dollars!
