KA1061HL1 provides modes of operation:
account of the time from 00:00 to 23:59
preset from 00:00 to 99:99
stopwatch from 00 minutes to 59 minutes
Have dynamic indication.
Nominal working voltage of IC is -15V, but workable at interval -12...-18V
Possible voltage of commutated VFD indicators is -15...-35V

It is sensitive to static voltage.
