The date of manufacture can be from the range 1980s. The military adjustable potentiometer is in good condition, and removed from new equipment (
the Soviet military
radio station
), all items are new and in working condition, has a strong metal frame with good steel and 4 areas/desks to mount the hinged parts. Similar devices were using in military production and Soviet industry in period USSR. The potentiometer were stored for a long period of time in a warehouse.
