    Billy is the original Power Ranger to remain for the entire Mighty Morphin Power Ranger series, and is the second longest- serving Ranger overall behind Tommy Oliver.
    This costume is a size medium recommended age of 8-10.
    The costume does not have any stains or tears.
    The mask however does have several small cracks on the outside of the mask.
    I believe this is because the mask is made of very thin plastic.
