The Universal International Global Conference, a 1956 poster ("An informal shot of 35 starts taken during the recent Universal-International Conference at the studio - May 7-11 - 1956"), promoting some of the upcoming movies for the year and displaying a great photograph of 35 of the studio's star. My guess is it was sent in a presskit to theatres and/or in magazines as an insert.
