This is an OEM GM Dash and Gauge Cluster Surround for a 1965 Chevrolet Bel Air, Biscayne or Impala. The part is in very good condition as there is no damage. There is some wear, minor scuffs and scratches, as well as some lite surface rust on the part. The trim has one small dent in it - show in the last picture. There are also several small surface scratches and scuffs in the trim. This part measures roughly 58" in overall length.
