Chipewyan Wolf Spirit Shield Dream Catcher A vintage Native American Indian shield / dream catcher made with a natural wolf head pelt as the center focal point. A manila tag affixed on the back of the shield reads, "Chipewyan Wolf Spirit Shield". The pelt has a hand written serial number on the back, "257716". Pelt is attached with rawhide strips to a circular frame that has also been wrapped in rawhide. Embellishments include natural fur and tassels of tin cones, copper tubes, and turquoise color beads. Excellent addition for your southwest decor. Superb condition.
