    Description: Vintage Atlantic City and Poconos travel memorabilia/menus. The Program for New Year’s Eve 1949 Gala Party in the Sun and Star Room at The Senator, Atlantic City hotel. The brochure includes the floor show program, wine list and menu. The Senator was an ocean side hotel located in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Opened in 1930, sometime after 1935 it was renamed "The Senator." The hotel was known for its "Sun and Stars" roof that featured tanning by sunlamps by day and converted to dining in the evening. The Senator closed in 1965.
    One sheet entitled “Antiquing in the Poconos” with map on reverse side with a 1962 copyright. The Pocono Mountains, commonly referred to as the Poconos, is a geographical, geological, and cultural region located in northeastern Pennsylvania, and are a popular recreational destination for local and regional visitors.
