JC Penney Fly Fishing Vest W/ Detachable Fish Net Pouch - SZ S-M.  Marked "M" on the tag but I think this item has shrunk over the years and is now actually a size small.  Measured it armpit to armpit at 21".   Hem also measured 21".   I wear a large t shirt sometimes a medium, I can't get the zipper within 3 inches of closure over my gut so I am fairly certain that this is no longer a medium.
This is a used/estate item is being sold in the condition shown in the pictures.
Plastic/rubber liner on the detachable fish net holder is deteriorated to point it is mostly missing.  Both zippers are working fine.  Snaps are also working.
