This vintage original 20th Century Fox Fritz Lang film noir 1952 stars
Barbara Stanwyck, Paul Douglas, Robert Ryan 8 Marilyn Monroe.
Barbara Stanwyck provides an impressive performance as an attractive girl from a fishing town who is desperate to find a way to leave her humdrum existence. When all her dreams fall flat, she returns to her hometown and marries Paul Douglas. She is contentedly married until she is tempted by the very physical and appealing Robert Ryan. Through all the turbulence and hardship, Stanwyck’s character finds herself and the meaning of love. Marilyn Monroe has a small, but important role as Stanwyck's sister-in-law, in one of her earlier films shortly before she reached stardom.
This original, vintage and authentic One Sheet (27" X 41") poster is in very good condition. It is nicely linen-backed with dramatic, artistic and vividly colorful film noir images. The attractive poster had minor fold and border wear as well as general wear and tear. It has survived in pretty wonderful condition and displays very well.
