The Yachtsman's Guide to the Windward Islands contains 176 pages of detailed descriptions and maps of:

It was published in 1978 by Westcott Cove Publishing, written by Julius Wilensky and edited by John Van Ost.  The cover of the book shows some missing colors and is clinging haphazardly to the binding, but the inside pages are clear and unbent.
The navigational charts are unused and very detailed.
